Vietnam JUMP Project 2007
Vietnam JUMP in the News
Thanh Nien, the flagship publication of the Vietnam National Youth Federation, has written an article on our project, Vietnam JUMP [16th October]. If you are interested, please visit their website Vietnamese version - English version.
Old News: Please click here for more details.
VIETNAM JUMP takes the initiative of a community service trip, where we call for NUS students who are interested in doing social activities in Vietnam to join in a team of 15-20 people, where together we will be working in an Organic Gardening Project to help children who are victims of Agent Orange dioxin at Vietnam Friendship Village.
The trip fee is S$500 (tentatively), including return air ticket, accommodation, meals, laundry, internet (limited bandwidth) and other scheduled activities such as Ha Long Bay excursion and cultural exploration (note that this does not include personal expenses and visa arrangements - if required).
Along with working, the trip also aims at creating cultural bonds among people from different nationalities, and giving our team members a chance to experience the enriching culture of Vietnam. They will also have chance to visit one of the most popular national heritages of Vietnam, visit the over 990-year-old capital city and try a variety of local food…
