Together with the ongoing preparation for the activities for the trip in Vietnam, our publicity campaign is also accelerating with a great speed, bringing such recognition for VietnamJUMP 2009 in Vietnam. We have received strong support from big media platforms, such as Tuoitre Newspaper, Thanhnien Newspaper, Sai Gon Giai Phong Newspaper…
The VietnamJUMP 2009 was introduced on the Sai Gon Giai Phong Daily Newspaper - "One paper crane, one small coin… and a big project" on 26 March, 2009 with lots of good comments from the editors on the project.
Following is the fundraising project – One coin one brick, which was also a big title on Tuoitre ("One coin one brick" on 21 March, 2009) and Thanhnien Newspaper ("One coin one brick" on 22 March, 2009).
One of our latest accomplishments was the completion of the biggest coin model in Singapore, which was announced to break the current Singapore record on this category on 4 April, 2009. This event was of great interest not only of Vietnamese media but also Singaporean website as well. In Vietnam, we were on the news on "The classroom of love" (Thanhnien Newspaper, on 09 April, 2009) and "The coin classroom project has broken the Singapore Record" (Tuoitre Newspaper, on 11 April, 2009). In Singapore, our record was announced on the official website of the Singapore Book of Records.
After 2 weeks in Quang Nam, the "VietnamJUMP" (Tuoitre Newspaper on 19 July, 2009) has brought smiles to the children as well as raised awareness of the volunteer spirit to many others.
